Benzoyl Peroxide 2.5%

Benzoyl peroxide has the strongest evidence of any over-the-counter acne active, and bacteria do not develop resistance to it — which is why it outperforms topical antibiotics over the long term. 2.5% works as well as higher strengths with less irritation.

How to use
Thin layer to affected areas once daily, building to twice as tolerated. Note: it bleaches fabric. Use white towels and pillowcases.
