Medical-grade silicone gel, which has the strongest evidence of any at-home scar treatment. It works by occlusion and hydration rather than by any active ingredient.

Surgical, trauma and burn scars, and skin healing after plasma treatment. Best started once the wound has fully closed.
How to use
Thin layer twice daily for at least three months. Consistency matters far more than quantity here.
