Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty Before and After Results
Non-surgical rhinoplasty uses carefully placed hyaluronic acid filler to smooth a bump on the bridge, lift a drooping tip or correct minor asymmetry. These results were treated by a doctor at Dr Selvi Clinic in Brighton.

What these results show
Both results are shown in side profile, where a smoother bridge and better tip support are easiest to see. The nose looks straighter and more balanced, which often reads as more refined.
What it cannot do
Filler adds volume, so it cannot make a nose smaller. It is also one of the higher-risk filler areas because of the nose's blood supply, which is why it should only be done by someone who understands the vascular anatomy and keeps hyaluronidase to hand.

Frequently asked questions
Can filler make my nose smaller?
No. Filler adds volume. It can make a nose look straighter and more balanced, but anyone promising a smaller nose with filler is misleading you.
Is non-surgical rhinoplasty safe?
It is one of the higher-risk filler areas because of the blood supply to the nose, so it should only be performed by a doctor who understands the anatomy and keeps hyaluronidase to hand.
How long does it last?
Typically twelve to eighteen months. The nose moves very little, so results here last longer than in the lips.
Results vary from person to person. These photos show individual patients of Dr Selvi Clinic and are not a promise of your outcome. All treatments are medical procedures and start with a face-to-face consultation with a doctor.
