Milia, Wart and Pigmented Lesion Removal: Before and After
Selected benign skin lesions, such as milia, viral warts and some pigmented spots, can be removed precisely with Plexr plasma technology. At Dr Selvi Clinic in Brighton every lesion is examined by a doctor, with dermoscopy where needed, before anything is treated.

What these results show
The photos show milia and small acne lesions cleared from the cheek, viral (HPV) warts removed from the skin and a pigmented lesion treated, without cutting or stitches.
Safety first
Not every lesion should be removed cosmetically. Any mole or spot with worrying features is assessed properly and referred where needed rather than treated. With viral warts, removing the visible lesion does not remove the virus, so a wart can sometimes return and follow-up may be needed.

Frequently asked questions
Can every mole or skin lesion be removed?
No. Lesions are examined first, and anything with concerning features is assessed and referred rather than removed cosmetically.
Can warts come back after removal?
Sometimes. Removing the lesion does not remove the virus that caused it, so follow-up is sometimes needed.
Does Plexr leave a mark?
Small crusts form after treatment and settle over the following days. Following the aftercare advice helps the skin heal well.
Results vary from person to person. These photos show individual patients of Dr Selvi Clinic and are not a promise of your outcome. All treatments are medical procedures and start with a face-to-face consultation with a doctor.
