Yes, and this genuinely matters. Biotin can interfere with several laboratory assays — including thyroid function and cardiac troponin tests — producing misleading results. Always tell any doctor or hospital that you are taking biotin before blood tests, and stop it beforehand if advised. Will it definitely help my hair?
