WHAT IT IS A liquid facelift (full-face filler rejuvenation) at Dr Selvi Clinic in Brighton is a multi-area hyaluronic acid filler plan that restores lost volume across several parts of the face in a coordinated way, rather than treating one feature alone. It is a Classic Range treatment designed by Dr Selvi after a free initial consultation and assessment. The areas treated and the amount of filler are decided at your assessment, not fixed in advance. Depending on your face, a plan may include areas such as the temples, cheeks, chin, jawline or the folds around the mouth. Treating a single feature can leave it out of step with the rest, so a coordinated plan often looks more natural than a series of unrelated treatments. That is decided at assessment. Dr Selvi looks at your face as a whole and treats the areas where restoring volume will make a real difference, not every area by default. How far ahead of an event should I book? At least four weeks. Swelling settles within about a week, but the final result matures at two to four weeks. Can it be spread over several appointments? Yes. Some patients prefer to build up gradually, and Dr Selvi will discuss a staged plan if that suits you better. How does it differ from the Premium version? The Premium version is a set 3–4 ml plan using specific branded fillers. The Classic version uses established hyaluronic acid fillers, with the amount and areas set by your assessment. Dr Selvi will advise which suits your face and goals. What are the risks? Common effects are swelling, tenderness and bruising, which settle within days. Each treated area carries its own small risk of vascular occlusion, where filler blocks or presses on a blood vessel and reduces the blood supply to the skin. It is rare but needs immediate treatment, so Dr Selvi plans each area carefully, can map vessels with Doppler ultrasound and keeps hyaluronidase on site. Is it reversible? Yes. Hyaluronic acid filler can be dissolved with hyaluronidase, in one area or several, if there is a complication or if you are unhappy once the result has settled. Who will treat me?
