Mesotherapy — Course of 3
The Proper Protocol. Save Around 20%. Three mesotherapy sessions booked and paid as a course, spaced two to four weeks apart.
Service Description
WHAT IT IS Three mesotherapy sessions booked and paid as a course, spaced two to four weeks apart. The product is selected at consultation based on your skin and your goal. WHY PEOPLE CHOOSE IT Mesotherapy is cumulative by design — one session does very little, and patients who try a single treatment usually conclude it does not work when in fact they simply have not had the protocol. Booking a course commits to the treatment as it is meant to be delivered, and saves around 20%. WHAT WE AIM FOR A visible, built-up improvement in skin hydration, radiance, tone and texture by the end of the third session, with the result continuing to settle afterwards. WHO IT SUITS · Committing to mesotherapy properly rather than trying one session · General skin quality improvement · Preparing skin ahead of an event two to three months away · Wanting the best value on a course treatment TREATMENT DETAILS Sessions: 3, two to four weeks apart Appointment: 30–45 minutes each Discomfort: Numbing cream applied Downtime: Redness and small bumps each time Product: Selected at consultation to suit your skin Saving: Around 20% against individual sessions FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Which product is included? The one that suits your skin — Dr Selvi will select at consultation from the classic cocktail, NCTF, or the amino acid protocol. The course price covers the session regardless of which is chosen. Can I use the sessions on different areas? Discuss this at consultation. Generally, a course works best applied consistently to one area so the cumulative effect builds where you want it. How many sessions will I need? Mesotherapy is a course treatment — a single session produces very little. Most protocols run to four to six sessions, two to four weeks apart, followed by maintenance every few months. Dr Selvi will set out your schedule at consultation. Does it hurt? Numbing cream is applied first and most patients tolerate it well. You will feel multiple small pinpricks across the area; it is brief and finishes quickly. What does it look like afterwards? Expect redness and small raised bumps at the injection points for a few hours, occasionally into the next day. Small bruises are possible. Avoid make-up for 12 hours. Can I go straight back to work? Usually yes, though you may prefer to book it for later in the day if you would rather the redness had settled before being seen. What are the risks? Redness, small bumps, bruising and short-lived tenderness are common. Infection is rare with proper technique and aftercare. All risks are explained before you consent. Who will treat me? All injectable treatments at Dr Selvi Clinic are carried out by a doctor, following a face-to-face consultation and an assessment of your suitability. BOOKING Book online, or start with the free 15-minute initial consultation if you are unsure which treatment is right for you. Prices are a guide and may vary according to your personalised treatment plan.
