No. All injectable treatments require a face-to-face consultation and assessment of suitability before they are carried out — that is a firm requirement, not a formality. A video consultation is for discussion and planning only. Can you assess a mole or lesion by video? No. Any lesion needs proper in-person examination, and often dermatoscopy or ultrasound. If you are worried about a mole, please book an in-person appointment or see your GP — do not wait on a video consultation. Is the fee deducted if I then book treatment? Ask when you book and Dr Selvi will discuss it with you. What do I need for the appointment? A device with a camera, good lighting, and no make-up on the area you want to discuss. A quiet, private space helps. Who will treat me? All treatments at Dr Selvi Clinic are carried out by a doctor, following a face-to-face consultation and an assessment of your suitability.
