Premium Liquid Facelift (3–4 ml)
Full-Face Restoration in a Single Session. A comprehensive multi-point treatment using three to four millilitres of premium branded filler placed across the key structural points of the face.
Service Description
WHAT IT IS A comprehensive multi-point treatment using three to four millilitres of premium branded filler placed across the key structural points of the face — temples, cheeks, jawline, chin and folds — restoring the whole facial framework in one appointment. This is the Premium Range, using established branded hyaluronic acid fillers — Juvéderm, Teoxane and Restylane — chosen for their specific gel characteristics and their long clinical track record. WHY PEOPLE CHOOSE IT Ageing is a loss of structure across the entire face, not in one place. Treating a single feature in isolation frequently looks worse than treating nothing, because it puts one area out of step with the rest. Restoring the framework as a whole is what produces a natural result. WHAT WE AIM FOR A lifted, restored, structurally supported face — better contour, softer folds, a defined jaw, and a rested appearance that reads as you rather than as treatment. WHO IT SUITS · Volume loss across several areas of the face · Wanting a comprehensive result in one appointment · Considering surgery but not ready for it · Preparing for a wedding or significant event · Having had individual treatments that never quite came together TREATMENT DETAILS Appointment: 60–90 minutes Discomfort: Numbing cream applied throughout Downtime: Swelling and possible bruising for 3–7 days Final result: 2–4 weeks Duration: 15–24 months Review: Two-week review included FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Is 3–4 ml a large amount? Distributed across the whole face it is a moderate, structural volume — roughly a teaspoon in total, spread over six or more areas. It looks like restoration rather than addition precisely because it is not concentrated in one place. How far before an event should I book? At least four weeks. Swelling settles within a week but the final result matures at two to four weeks, and you want to be past that. Can it be spread over several appointments? Yes, and some patients prefer that. The package price reflects treating in one session; Dr Selvi will discuss a staged plan if you would rather build up gradually. Is this the same as a surgical facelift? No. Surgery lifts and removes tissue; this restores lost volume. For structural volume loss the result can be transformative, but where there is significant skin excess, surgery remains the more effective option and we will tell you so. What is the difference between the Classic and Premium ranges? Both use hyaluronic acid and both are administered by the same doctor. The Premium range uses branded fillers with particular gel properties — how firmly they hold shape, how they integrate with tissue, how they behave under movement — and generally a longer duration. Dr Selvi will advise which is appropriate for your anatomy and your goal; more expensive is not automatically better for every area. Is it reversible? Yes. All hyaluronic acid fillers can be dissolved with hyaluronidase if you are unhappy or if there is a complication. This is one of the main reasons hyaluronic acid remains the preferred material. Will I bruise? It is possible, particularly in vascular areas. Avoid alcohol, aspirin, ibuprofen and fish oil supplements for 48 hours beforehand if you can, and allow around two weeks before an important event. What are the risks? Common effects are swelling, tenderness and bruising, which settle within days. Rare but serious risks include vascular occlusion, which is why treatment should only be carried out by a trained doctor who can recognise and manage it. Dr Selvi will explain all risks fully before you consent. How soon can I see the final result? You will see an immediate change, but initial swelling means the true result appears at around two weeks. Do not judge your outcome before then, and do not seek a top-up before the two-week review. Who will treat me? All injectable treatments at Dr Selvi Clinic are carried out by a doctor, following a face-to-face consultation and an assessment of your suitability. BOOKING Book online, or start with the free 15-minute initial consultation if you are unsure which treatment is right for you.
