The neck is usually the most visible giveaway, but Dr Selvi will assess and advise. Hands are often the area patients regret leaving longest. Will it help sun damage on my chest? It improves hydration, texture and firmness. Pigmentation from sun damage needs a different approach — often a peel or mesotherapy — and the two combine well. Will this change the shape of my face? No. Skin boosters are not fillers — they hydrate and improve the quality of the skin rather than adding contour or volume. Your proportions stay exactly as they are. Will there be visible bumps afterwards? Small raised areas at the injection points are normal with several of these treatments and usually settle within 24 hours.
