Service Description
WHAT IT IS Sunekos 200 combines hyaluronic acid with a patented amino acid complex designed to stimulate the production of both collagen and elastin — and importantly, to help rebuild the extracellular matrix, the scaffold in which skin cells sit. WHY PEOPLE CHOOSE IT Most treatments address collagen. Elastin is what gives skin its ability to spring back, it is almost never replaced naturally after early adulthood, and very few treatments influence it. Sunekos is one that targets both. WHAT WE AIM FOR Regenerated dermal structure with improved elasticity, firmness and texture — particularly effective around the eyes and on thin, delicate skin. WHO IT SUITS · Fine lines and crepiness around the eyes · Thin, delicate skin that tolerates little · Loss of skin elasticity and bounce · Wanting regeneration rather than filling · Dark circles with a textural component TREATMENT DETAILS Appointment: 30–45 minutes Discomfort: Numbing cream applied Downtime: Small bumps for a few hours First results: 2–3 weeks Sessions: Course of 4, one week apart Duration: 6 months FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Why four sessions so close together? The protocol is designed around the regeneration cycle — weekly sessions maintain a continuous stimulus. Spacing them further apart reduces the effect, so it is worth committing to the schedule. Sunekos 200 or 1200? 200 is for regeneration and texture, especially around the eyes. 1200 is more concentrated and aimed at volume-related laxity and deeper structural work. Dr Selvi will advise which your skin needs. Will this change the shape of my face? No. Skin boosters are not fillers — they hydrate and improve the quality of the skin rather than adding contour or volume. Your proportions stay exactly as they are. Will there be visible bumps afterwards? Small raised areas at the injection points are normal with several of these treatments and usually settle within 24 hours. Plan around anything important the following day. How often do I need to repeat it? Most skin boosters follow an initial course, then maintenance every six to twelve months. Dr Selvi will set out your specific schedule at consultation. Can I combine it with other treatments? Yes. Skin boosters address skin quality, while fillers address volume and anti-wrinkle injections address movement lines. They target different problems and are frequently planned together. What are the risks? Injection-site redness, small bumps, swelling and occasional bruising are common and short-lived. More significant reactions are uncommon. Dr Selvi will explain all risks fully before you consent. Who will treat me? All injectable treatments at Dr Selvi Clinic are carried out by a doctor, following a face-to-face consultation and an assessment of your suitability.
